Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Curriculum Delivery: Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum to promote intellectual, social, and physical development.
- Key Worker Duties: Act as a key person to track individual child development, maintain records, and build partnerships with parents/carers.
- Assessment: Observe, record, and assess children's progress to inform future planning.
- Environment Setup: Create a safe, stimulating, and enabling environment, both indoors and outdoors.
- Child Welfare: Ensure the health, safety, and security of children, including safeguarding and promoting positive behavior.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), and other professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant Qualification: Typically a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent.
- Knowledge of EYFS: Strong understanding of early years education standards.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with children, staff, and parents.
- Passion and Energy: A patient, caring, and energetic nature suited to working with young children.
- Safeguarding: Knowledge of child protection policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
