We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Customer Care Executive to join our Mumbai team. You will connect with potential clients, support the sales team, and maintain accurate lead records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company services.
- Handle inbound calls and address client queries professionally.
- Explain company offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client information in Excel or CRM tools.
- Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets.
- Support the business development team in client acquisition and reporting.
Requirements
- Graduate / HSC with proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
- Basic Excel and computer skills for data entry and lead tracking.
