Overview
We are seeking a Sales Counselor to join our team and contribute to our sales department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
Duties
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information on products or services offered
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in using sales software or CRM systems would be advantageous
