The JOB DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Position Details
· Reporting To: Director / CMD
· Location: Head Office, Hyderabad
· Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from office
Should have worked in the industries like : Defense / Aerospace /Telecom/Utilities/Facilities Management/Oil & s/Manufacturing/EPC Sectors
2. Educational Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree mandatory.
· MBA (HR), PG Diploma in HR, Personnel Management or Industrial Relations preferred.
· Labour Law / Industrial Law certification desirable.
· Payroll certifications such as ADP, Greytip or Keka preferred.
· NIPM or SHRM membership preferred.
3. Experience Requirements
· 4–6 years HR Generalist experience mandatory.
· 5–8 years preferred.
· Experience with 100+ employees.
· At least 2 years managing multi-location workforce.
· Minimum 3 years independent payroll processing experience.
· Exposure to Defence, Telecom, Facilities, Manufacturing, EPC, O&G or technical organizations.
4. Labour Codes Knowledge
· Code on Wages, 2019.
· Industrial Relations Code, 2020.
· Social Security Code, 2020.
· OSHWC Code, 2020.
· Ability to revise wage structures and manage compliance requirements.5. Payroll Competencies
· End-to-end payroll processing; Salary computation and statutory deductions; Variable pay, overtime, shift allowances and LTA.
· Income Tax, TDS, Form 16 and Form 16A; Investment declarations and reimbursements.
· Full and Final settlements; Gratuity and leave encashment calculations ;Payroll reconciliation and audits.
6. Payroll Software Knowledge
Keka, GreytHR, Darwinbox, Zoho Payroll, SAP HCM, ADP Payroll, Payroll MIS reporting etc.
7. Statutory Compliance
PF, ESI, Professional Tax., Bonus Act, Gratuity Compliance, Maternity Benefit act, Labour Welfare Fund, EPFO ECR ESIC returns filings, Unified returns and compliance monitoring.
8. Core HR Functions
· Recruitment and onboarding; Induction and documentation ;Performance management and appraisalsl; Employee grievance handling ;Disciplinary actions and domestic enquiry;POSH compliance Exit interviews and attrition analysis.
9. HRMS & Technical Skills
· Advanced MS Excel Pivot Tables.; VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP ;MIS dashboards.
· Keka, Darwinbox, GreytHR, Zoho or SAP SuccessFactors.
· EPFO and ESIC portals.
· Digital signatures and compliance portals.
10. Behavioural Competencies
· Integrity and confidentiality; Multi-location management capability ;Stakeholder management.
· Process orientation ; Compliance mindset;Problem solving ability.
· Excellent Communication in English and local language.
· Adaptability.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
