Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage and optimize customer interactions, especially for inbound leads and package sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling inside sales or customer support calls, maintaining accurate data records, and using CRM and IVR systems to streamline customer engagement. A
background in hospitality or entertainment will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries from potential customers.
· Engage and convert leads by understanding their needs and suggesting relevant packages.
· Enter and manage customer data accurately in Excel/Google Sheets and the CRM system.
· Track lead status, follow-ups, and booking progress through CRM tools.
· Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely response and closure.
· Maintain updated records of calls, lead conversions, and customer preferences.
· Operate IVR and CRM platforms efficiently for call routing, tracking, and documentation.
· Identify patterns or issues in customer inquiries and escalate as needed.
· Work towards daily/weekly lead response and conversion KPIs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
