We are now expanding our creative and video storytelling team to bring our brand and
user stories to life across social platforms.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor to produce engaging short-form
and long-form video content for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
The ideal candidate is passionate about career storytelling, education, and tech, with a
knack for turning raw footage into scroll-stopping, meaningful narratives.
Key Responsibilities
● Edit short-form (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn clips) and long-form videos (YouTube
explainers, product demos, testimonials).
● Work closely with the content and marketing teams to translate scripts into
high-quality visual stories.
● Maintain a consistent tone, pacing, and visual identity aligned with Careerflow.ai’s
brand voice.
● Add captions, graphics, transitions, and sound effects to enhance engagement
and retention.
● Optimize videos for multiple platforms — aspect ratios, thumbnails, hooks, and watch
time.
● Collaborate on creative ideas, storyboards, and scripting for new campaigns.● Repurpose webinar, podcast, and user testimonial content into short social formats.
● Use AI tools (Descript, Runway, OpusClip, Pika, etc.) to speed up production.
● Manage post-production timelines and ensure quick turnaround.
Requirements
● 2–5 years of professional experience in video editing for social media or digital
brands.
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or
similar tools.
● Strong storytelling instincts — ability to craft emotion and flow, not just cut clips.
● Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram-first content.
● Familiarity with AI-based editing tools (Descript, Runway, OpusClip, etc.) is a plus.
● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
● Bonus: Experience in EdTech, HRTech, or SaaS content (career, learning, or
personal branding).
