We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with GoHighLevel and should be comfortable handling CRM setup, automations, funnels, workflows, pipelines, integrations, and client support.
You will work closely with our team to build and manage systems for different businesses across multiple industries. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail are very important for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows and automations
- Create funnels, landing pages, forms, surveys, and websites
- Set up pipelines, calendars, triggers, and CRM systems
- Handle integrations with third-party platforms using Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks
- Manage email marketing, SMS campaigns, and automation sequences
- Troubleshoot technical issues inside GoHighLevel
- Support onboarding and setup for new clients
- Maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and lead tracking
- Work with AI tools, chatbot systems, and automation platforms when needed
- Provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of GoHighLevel working experience
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation
- Experience with funnels, automations, pipelines, and triggers
- Knowledge of Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhook integrations
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or lead generation is a plus
- Good English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Experience supporting agencies or SaaS businesses is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- GoHighLevel SaaS Mode experience
- AI chatbot or voice AI integration experience
- Basic website editing and landing page design knowledge
- Experience with Stripe, Twilio, Mailgun, and calendar integrations
