Role Overview
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale recruitment across multiple locations. This role requires strong leadership, hiring strategy, and the ability to manage high-volume healthcare hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution
- Handle bulk and multi-location hiring
- Lead and manage a team of 10 to 20 recruiters
- Plan manpower requirements based on business goals
- Improve hiring metrics such as TAT, conversion rate, and offer acceptance
- Build and mentor team leads and second-line leadership
- Collaborate with business teams for workforce planning
- Improve candidate experience and recruitment processes
- Track recruitment performance using dashboards and reports
- Reduce early attrition within the first 6 months
- Manage vendors, job portals, and recruitment tools
- Ensure HR compliance and proper documentation
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership
Candidate Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Minimum 3+ years of team handling experience
- Mandatory experience in healthcare, hospital, or clinic hiring
- Experience in bulk and multi-location hiring
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience with ATS, HR tools, and reporting dashboards
- MBA in HR preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
