About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and strengthen relationships with key enterprise customers. The ideal candidate should have strong account management, customer retention, and client relationship skills with the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building long-term customer relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients.
- Ensure customer retention and timely contract renewals.
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Prepare account reviews, forecasts, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Renewal teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations when required.
- Analyze customer usage and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build long-term partnerships with enterprise customers.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Account Manager.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in customer retention and account growth.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience in B2B Account Management.
- Exposure to Cloud, SaaS, IT Services, or Technology Solutions will be an added advantage.
