About The Role
We are looking for a highly creative and technically strong Social Media Manager who understands the psychology behind viral content, attention economics, audience behavior, content hooks, dopamine triggers, retention mechanics, and platform algorithms.
This is NOT a basic posting & scheduling role.
You will be responsible for building content systems that consistently generate high engagement, strong retention, brand authority, and viral reach across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop viral-first content strategies based on audience psychology
✅ Create high-retention content frameworks using:
- Hook Engineering
- Pattern Interrupts
- Dopamine Loops
- Curiosity Gaps
- Open Loops
- Storytelling Frameworks
- Attention Triggers
- Retention Optimization
✅ Work closely with Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Videographers, and Content Creators to ensure every content piece is optimized for maximum performance.
✅ Lead content production from ideation to publishing.
✅ Build strong visual identities and content pillars for client brands.
✅ Design high-converting Instagram grids, content calendars, and brand positioning strategies.
✅ Analyze content performance and improve:
- Watch Time
- Retention Rate
- Shares
- Saves
- Engagement Rate
- Follower Growth
✅ Understand platform algorithms deeply and adapt content accordingly.
✅ Coordinate with video production teams to ensure execution quality matches strategy.
✅ Identify trends before they become mainstream and convert them into brand-specific content opportunities.
