- Quality Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Control Plans.
- Sore Responsibilities
- Quality Planning: Implement the project Quality Control Plan and establish standard inspection checklists.
- Site Inspections: Conduct daily physical inspections of ongoing civil, structural, and finishing works against approved drawings.
- Material Testing: Supervise and log mandatory on-site and laboratory material testing (concrete cube tests, steel tensile tests, soil compaction).
- Inflow Control: Inspect incoming raw materials to verify quality and validate supplier test certificates.
- Defect Tracking: Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for substandard work and monitor immediate corrective actions.
- Documentation: Maintain all quality logs, test reports, and checklists required for final project handover.
