About the Company
We at DigiMantra are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business
Development Manager – Outbound Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate
will have strong experience in lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and
closing deals in the Web Development and Mobile App Development services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies.
- Conduct lead generation through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads specifically for Web Development and Mobile App Development services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Use outbound sales and prospecting tools to track and manage leads effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after deal closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Outbound Sales.
- Strong experience in lead generation and outbound sales strategies.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach campaigns. Proven track record of closing deals in Web Development and Mobile App services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools and CRM platforms.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience selling IT services, especially Web and Mobile App Development.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
