TRAINEE PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Location: Karad, Maharashtra
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production, fabrication, assembly and shop-floor activities.
- Understand engineering drawings, BOMs and production requirements.
- Monitor production progress, quality and timelines.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Vendors.
- Assist in inspection, measurements and maintaining production records.
- Follow 5S, safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
- Learn manufacturing of Belt Conveyors, Screw Conveyors, Bucket Elevators and Bulk Material Handling Equipment.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing.
- Basic drawing reading and measuring instruments knowledge.
- MS Excel / MS Office knowledge.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn.
Employment: Full-Time | On-Site
Salary: As per company standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
