Job Summary:
The Associate Program Manager – Operations will drive operational improvement initiatives across assigned client sites by identifying performance gaps, implementing data-driven solutions, and ensuring measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end ownership of operational excellence programs.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end operational improvement programs across assigned client sites.
- Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align, plan, and execute improvement initiatives.
- Drive successful rollout of operational changes and ensure seamless adoption by execution teams.
- Monitor KPIs, track program performance, and measure actual outcomes against planned results.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to address operational issues.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance updates for leadership and stakeholders.
- Partner with field operations teams to incorporate on-ground feedback into operational decisions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve customer experience, and drive operational excellence.
Requirements & Skillset:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Business Analytics, Consulting, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or Python is an added advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments, drive execution, and own measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in process improvement, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making is preferred.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
