NEED INSURANCE OR BANK SALES OR FINANCE SALES EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell life insurance products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through referrals, leads, and networking.
- Meet prospective customers to understand their financial needs.
- Recommend suitable life insurance plans based on customer requirements.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and claim processes.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely policy closures.
- Complete all documentation accurately and in compliance with company guidelines.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after policy issuance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months to 3 years of sales experience (Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Real Estate, Telecom, or FMCG) are preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
