Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in Electrical Panel / Busduct manufacturing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of quality inspection, testing, documentation, NCR handling and electrical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain quality documents, reports and inspection records.
- Perform inspection and testing at different stages of production.
- Handle NCR, RCA, CAPA and quality improvement activities.
- Implement and maintain applicable IS/IEC standards.
- Handle customer audits and customer complaints.
- Manage Vendor/OEM approval, evaluation and validation.
- Coordinate type testing with external laboratories such as CPRI / ERDA.
- Support process improvement, product development and manufacturing standardization.
- Monitor production quality, cycle time and productivity.
- Coordinate with production and management teams for quality improvement.

Eligibility
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2+ years of Quality experience
- Experience in Electrical Panel / Busduct manufacturing preferred
- Candidates willing to work in Bhubaneswar preferred
- Good job stability is expected
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
