Job Summary
AIWO is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients.
- Monitor patients' health conditions and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist physicians during medical procedures and examinations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive healthcare.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient care.
Eligibility
- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical and patient management skills.
Salary
Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
