We are a fast-growing ERP solutions company specializing in ERPNext and Frappe-based implementations. We help businesses streamline their operations through smart, scalable technology. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant to drive growth across our locations.
JOB OVERVIEW
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will understand their business needs, present tailored ERP solutions, and guide them through the sales journey from initial discovery to proposal and closure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage a qualified lead pipeline
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers
- Conduct personalized ERPNext and Frappe product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle until closure
- Coordinate with consulting and implementation teams during pre-sales discussions
- Contribute to digital marketing and outreach initiatives
- Assist in developing marketing and sales collateral
- Maintain CRM records and track sales activity
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, or software sales/marketing
- Hands-on exposure to ERPNext or other ERP platforms preferred
- Familiarity with Frappe products is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable interacting with founders, CXOs, and operational teams
- Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
