● SalesCounseling: Engage with professionals and recent graduates, guiding them towards impactful career upskilling through persuasive sales techniques.
● SalesLifecycle Management: Oversee the entire sales journey, from lead engagement to final program enrollment, ensuring targets are met while maintaining CRM integrity.
● Strategic Sales Planning: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

● Freshers with strong intent to start their career in sales /1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in ed-tech. (preferred but not mandatory)
● Ahistory of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Strong customer intuition and solution-oriented mindset.
● Stellar English communication skills.
● Atech-savvy individual or someone eager to dive into the tech world.
