Position description: 1. Develop and deliver training programs for telesales team members. 2. Customize training materials to address specific sales skills and product knowledge. 3. Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, call handling, and compliance. 4. Assess and evaluate the training needs of individual team members. 5. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance sales performance. 6. Create and maintain training documentation, manuals, and resources. 7. Assist in onboarding new telesales team members and acclimating them to company procedures. 8. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in insurance products and regulations. 9. Collaborate with team leads and managers to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities. 10. Monitor trainee progress and adjust training methods as needed. 11. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of training effectiveness. 12. Stay current with the latest telesales tools, technologies, and best practices. 13. Foster a positive learning environment to enhance team member development. 14. Support ongoing skill development and provide additional training as required. 15. Ensure that all training activities align with company policies and compliance standards.
