As an intern, you will work closely with the team and get hands-on exposure to real-world hiring and marketing activities. Key Responsibilities - Source candidates through job portals, social media, and campus networks. - Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. - Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team. - Maintain and update candidate records. - Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities. - Support marketing and promotional initiatives. - Engage with candidates and help improve the overall candidate experience. - Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment and marketing strategies. - Prepare basic reports and track assigned tasks. Who Can Apply? - Students or freshers from any academic background. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable communicating with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other platforms. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Basic knowledge of recruitment or marketing is an advantage. - Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
