Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greeting clients, visitors, and vendors with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Communication Hub: Operating multi-line phone systems to answer, screen, and forward calls, and handling general emails.
- Visitor Control: Maintaining security by monitoring visitor logs, issuing badges, and managing security access.
- Administrative Support: Filing, scanning, faxing, and copying documents; scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Mail and Deliveries: Sorting, distributing, and preparing mail or courier packages.
- Office Maintenance: Keeping the reception area clean and organized, and managing office supplies inventory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Fresher or Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar administrative role.
- Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, fax machines).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong multitasking, organization, and professional customer service abilities.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
