Job Responsibilities:
1-Call customers for eKYC completion and verification
2-Guide customers through the eKYC process
3- Follow up on pending eKYC applications
4- Verify customer information and documentation
5-Maintain accurate call and verification records
6-Coordinate with backend teams for successful completion of cases
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
