Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day execution of interior projects at site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
- Track project schedules, material requirements, and site resources.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide progress updates to management.
- Identify and resolve site-related challenges to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in interior project execution, fit-out, or construction coordination.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and interior detailing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes.
- Own vehicle is mandatory for site visits and project coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
