Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing dealer/distributor relationships, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and leading the sales team to improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities, dealers, distributors, and retail partners
- Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships
- Manage and guide the sales team for target achievement
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Plan promotional activities, branding campaigns, and customer engagement programs
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth business execution
- Travel to different locations for dealer visits, exhibitions, and business meetings
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales support coordination
