Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and work on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Bid on IT projects and submit winning proposals.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Generate leads and maintain client relationships.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain proposal and project records.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline (MBA/BBA/B.Tech/MCA preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
- Strong learning attitude and positive mindset.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of the IT industry is an added advantage.
