International Collections Executive – US Banking Process
We are hiring energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented professionals for the position of International Collections Executive with a leading US Banking Process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with International Voice BPO experience who are looking to build a successful career in the banking and financial services industry. Candidates with prior collections experience will have an added advantage; however, candidates with International Voice experience and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
As an International Collections Executive, you will interact with US-based customers regarding outstanding payments, assist them with account-related queries, negotiate suitable payment arrangements, and ensure timely collections while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for updating customer records accurately, adhering to company policies and compliance standards, and achieving individual productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility:
- SSC/HSC or Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice BPO experience.
- Experience in Collections, First Party Collections, Debt Collections, Credit Collections, or US Banking Process is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Selection Process: HR Telephonic Interview → Virtual Operations Interview (Microsoft Teams) → Versant Assessment (Minimum Score: 67).
Pay: ₹9,574.07 - ₹27,465.12 per month
