Key Responsibilities
· · Develop and execute on-page, off-page, technical SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
· · Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor research, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
· · Optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and site architecture for search engines as well as AI-powered search experiences.
· · Create and optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), voice search, AI search engines, and answer-based search results.
· · Monitor website performance and improve rankings across traditional search engines and AI-driven search platforms.
· · Manage backlink-building activities, digital PR, and SEO outreach initiatives.
· · Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
· · Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI visibility metrics, and conversion performance.
· · Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly, AI-search-friendly, and user-centric content strategies.
· · Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates, AI search trends, GEO, AEO, and emerging search technologies.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
· Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max).
· Optimize campaign performance to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions, and ROI.
· Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
· Monitor campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
· Generate leads through paid campaigns while maintaining target CPL.
· Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
Analytics & Reporting
· Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools.
· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
· Provide recommendations for traffic growth, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
· Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills
· · Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google ranking factors, and search engine algorithms.
· · Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
· · Experience optimizing content for AI-powered search engines, featured snippets, voice search, and answer engines.
· · Hands-on experience with Google Ads and PPC campaign management.
· · Strong knowledge of technical SEO, link building, content optimization, and website performance.
· · Experience in keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis.
· · Understanding of structured data/schema markup and its impact on AI search visibility.
· · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· · Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Educational Qualification
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
· Google Ads and Analytics certifications preferred.
Preferred Experience
· 2–4 years of experience in SEO, PPC, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
· Experience in B2B, SaaS, IT Services, CPaaS, Telecom, or Technology industry.
· Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns.
· Exposure to AI-powered search optimization, GEO, and AEO strategies will be a strong advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
