About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to identify and connect with potential clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Research
- Identify potential clients through online research, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects and leads.
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities.
Client Outreach
- Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, calls, and social media platforms.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain communication with prospects.
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales team.
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Support the team in managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
- Update and maintain CRM records accurately.
Business Growth Initiatives
- Explore partnership and collaboration opportunities.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and revenue channels.
- Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and sales processes.
Reporting & Coordination
- Track outreach activities and maintain daily reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to align business objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and business development discussions.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing is a plus.
