Position: Sales Executive

Job Summary
Maria Enterprise is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our print and digital learning solutions to schools and educational institutions. This role is open to both experienced candidates and freshers who are eager to build a career in educational sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Maria Publishers’ textbooks and digital learning solutions, including Digimaria, to schools and educational institutions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Principals, Academic Coordinators, and institutional stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate print and digital learning solutions.
- Identify and develop new institutional clients.
- Participate in school visits, educational events, exhibitions, and engagement programs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and orientation sessions for educators.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Commerce preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and meet institutional clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
