Job Title: BAMS Doctor – Tele Consultation

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate BAMS Doctor to provide online consultations to patients through audio/video calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent clinical knowledge of Ayurveda, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide patients with personalized treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and follow-up care while maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction and ethical medical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic/video consultations with patients.
- Assess patient symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle to diagnose health conditions based on Ayurvedic principles.
- Develop personalized Ayurvedic treatment plans.
- Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines, diet plans, and lifestyle modifications.
- Educate patients about disease management, preventive healthcare, and wellness practices.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient consultations in the EMR/CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up consultations to monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with telemedicine and AYUSH guidelines.
- Coordinate with the pharmacy, patient relationship team, and operations for seamless patient care.
- Achieve consultation quality and patient satisfaction targets.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Ayurveda and telemedicine practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) from a recognized university.
- Valid State/Central Ayurvedic Medical Council Registration.
- 0–3 years of clinical or teleconsultation experience (Freshers may also apply).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
