- Real-Time Monitoring: Track daily solar generation data via SCADA and remote platforms to instantly catch underperforming strings or inverter faults.
- Central Command: Translate system alerts into maintenance tickets, scheduling and dispatching technicians for quick field fixes.
- Customer Care: Serve as the main technical contact for existing clients—explaining performance reports and keeping them updated on maintenance.
- Growth Support: Join the sales team as the technical expert to help pitch our top-tier asset care to potential customers.
- Event Ambassador: Enthusiastically participate in and help represent the engineering team at company events, team outings, and industry expos.
- Who You Are: An Electrical/Renewable Energy graduate (0–3 years experience) with strong communication skills and a fierce hunger to learn.
