Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Primary Teacher role at WISH, located in Hyderabad. The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment based on the Montessori and International Baccalaureate (IB) educational philosophies. Daily responsibilities will include planning and facilitating hands-on learning activities, encouraging individual growth and independence, fostering creativity and curiosity, and collaborating with the teaching team to maintain WISH’s high standards of education and care. The teacher will also engage with parents to provide feedback and foster a supportive community for each child’s development.
Qualifications
Experience with Montessori methods, IB curriculum, and experiential learning techniques
Skills in fostering creativity, storytelling, and curiosity-driven teaching
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, parents, and colleagues
Ability to create a calm, engaging, and child-focused learning environment
Organizational and classroom management skills to maintain a well-structured learning space
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing each child’s potential
Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., Montessori or IB certification) and a degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related fields
Previous experience as a pre-primary teacher or in similar early childhood educational settings is a plus
Pay: ₹8,278.10 - ₹29,166.75 per month
