- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and office staff.
Employee Relations & Workforce Management
- Maintain positive employee relations across factory and office operations.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Foster a productive and inclusive work culture.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and workforce productivity.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance systems, leave records, employee files, and HR databases.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate payroll processing and attendance reconciliation.
- Monitor overtime records and statutory deductions.
- Assist in compensation benchmarking and annual salary reviews.
Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and training needs within the manufacturing workforce.
- Organize training programs for production staff, supervisors, quality teams, and office employees.
- Support employee performance management systems.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate matters relating to PF, ESI, gratuity, employee insurance, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain records required for factory audits and inspections.
- Support compliance with factory regulations, workplace safety standards, and labor welfare requirements.
Performance Management
- Assist in establishing KPIs and performance evaluation systems.
- Monitor employee performance review cycles.
- Support succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
HR Strategy & Organization Development
- Develop HR processes suitable for a growing manufacturing organization.
- Support organizational structure planning and manpower budgeting.
- Contribute to employee retention and engagement initiatives.
- Hire skilled workers, machine operators, supervisors, quality inspectors, production planners, merchandisers, and administrative personnel.
- Develop sourcing channels for skilled leather goods and manufacturing talent.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and induction programs.
