- Design & CAD Productivity: Number of designs completed and approved using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, including prototypes.
- Machine Automation & Efficiency: Number of machines automated/upgraded and measurable improvements in productivity/precision.
- Usability & Innovation: Operator satisfaction and number of design improvements or innovations implemented.
- Compliance & Sustainability: Adherence to safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards in all designs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
