Airoza Travels is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation Staff to support our travel booking and ticketing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with basic experience in reservations or customer service who are eager to grow in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight bookings and reservations.
Assist customers with fare details, and travel-related queries.
Process ticket issuance, cancellations, modifications, and rebooking requests.
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for smooth booking confirmations.
Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
Provide timely updates and support to customers throughout the reservation process.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in travel reservations, air ticketing, or related customer service field.
Basic knowledge of reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or similar (preferred).
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Customer-focused attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
