We've built a marketplace and already have a strong offline sales engine. We're now looking for an Online Sales Manager to own our digital growth story and help us become the #1 marketplace in the country. You'll have the backing of a top-tier tech team ready to ship real-time updates and an in-house social media team to amplify your campaigns.
What You'll Do:
● Build and execute the online sales strategy across B2B, B2C, and any other channels that can drive GMV
● Set, allocate, and track sales targets for the agent team; drive accountability and performance
● Partner closely with the internal social media team to convert reach into revenue
● Work hand-in-hand with the tech team to flag improvements, request features, and optimize the buyer/seller experience
● Identify new growth levers — partnerships, bulk deals, vendor onboarding, promotions, retention plays
● Own the numbers: conversion, AOV, repeat rate, seller activation, and overall online revenue
What We're Looking For:
● 4–5 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or marketplace growth
● Proven track record of hitting and scaling online sales targets
● Strong grasp of B2B and B2C selling motions
● Experience managing and motivating sales agents or teams
● Comfortable working cross-functionally with tech, marketing, and operations
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
