Job Type: Independent Contractor / Freelance
Compensation: Commission-only — 40% commission on eligible onboarding fees successfully collected from merchants you onboard. There is no fixed salary or guaranteed monthly income. Commission is paid within 7 days after the merchant payment has been verified, subject to company terms.
Experience: 1–5 years in B2B field sales, merchant onboarding, software/SaaS sales, POS/billing software, or similar direct-sales roles.
Location: Barasat, Barrackpore and surrounding areas of North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
About BuKoNow
BuKoNow is a cloud-based salon booking and management platform that helps salons, parlours and spas manage appointments, online bookings and customer communication.
The platform provides salon partners with a dashboard, online self-booking links and automated WhatsApp notifications to help manage their bookings and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Visit salons, parlours and spas in the assigned territory.
- Introduce BuKoNow to salon owners and decision-makers.
- Demonstrate the platform using a smartphone or tablet.
- Explain the platform's booking and salon-management features.
- Onboard interested salon partners through the company's official payment channels.
- Help newly onboarded partners set up and use their self-booking link.
- Follow up with prospective salon partners and maintain sales activity in the assigned territory.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B field sales, merchant onboarding, SaaS/software sales or a related direct-sales role.
- Experience selling POS systems, billing software, online business services or merchant solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi.
- Comfortable conducting face-to-face sales meetings.
- Android smartphone with WhatsApp.
- Own two-wheeler suitable for local field travel.
