Job Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process orders, create shipping labels, assign shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming calls and assist both existing and new customers with their queries.
- COD Confirmation: Confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with customers through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and update inventory through the company’s central portal.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
