Job description:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure inventory accuracy, FIFO compliance, and WMS/SAP updates
- Lead warehouse staff, labours, and 3PL coordination
- Ensure on-time dispatch and transporter management
- Maintain safety standards, SOPs, audits, and compliance
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and MIS reporting
