We are a growing IT software company with our own suite of software products, and we are looking for a *Client Servicing Executive* to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our existing clients.
- Handle client queries and provide timely support and assistance.
- Coordinate with clients regarding software license renewals and related services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to address client requirements and concerns.
- Work closly with the sales leads and generate new leads.
