Job Description:
- Technical Support agents will be helping customers who need help remotely to install and configure cloud-based phone systems, Wireless Internet, KIOSK, and other devices that require internet connectivity.
- Candidates must have basic computer troubleshooting skills with networking, TCP IP knowledge, and CCNA is preferred.
- Hardware such as MODEM, Router, network switch, and wireless access point configuration knowledge.
- Candidates must be fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
- Willing to work night shifts and rotating shifts (24*7).
- Required Work Experience - 0 to 6 Years
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
