Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training as per the approved curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Conduct assessments, tests, and evaluations of trainees.
- Monitor trainee attendance, discipline, and overall progress.
- Provide career guidance and employability skills training.
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation as per project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines of government and industry-sponsored skill development programs.
- Organize workshops, industrial visits, guest lectures, and practical demonstrations.
- Coordinate with placement teams for trainee employment opportunities.
- Identify learning gaps and provide additional support to trainees.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of training equipment and lab facilities.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant trade or discipline.
- Relevant industry certifications (preferred).
- Training of Trainers (ToT) certification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
