Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium café, restobar, or fine-dining restaurant.
Overview: Responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and guest experience of the café.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily floor operations, opening/closing, and staff scheduling.
- Track inventory, control wastage, and manage supplier relations.
- Handle customer feedback and maintain high hospitality standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and billing protocols.
Skills Needed:
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Complete knowledge of POS systems, billing, and basic Excel for inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to handle vendor coordination, cost control, and basic P&L reports.
- Must be pet-friendly.
