You will be responsible for writing the knowledge center, feature articles, user guides, release notes, how-to guides, and illustrations
Plan, organize, research, write, edit, review, publish and maintain help manuals
Collaborate and work with the technical teams to obtain a deep understanding of software products and documentation requirements
Write complex product information and process it into simple, polished, and value-added content for end-user guides, and help manuals
Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for content restructure and improvement
Should be able to write easy-to-follow and illustrative content that can be understood by clients with varying levels of technical knowledge
Candidates will do a competitive study and research to find out the best way to illustrate the product's features
Proven work experience in technical writing and software documentation to deliver high-quality, value-added content
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into an easily understandable document
Excellent written and communication skills in English
Should be able to review, proofread and write flawless content
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Firebase will be preferred
Check documentation to meet quality standards and requirements
Check the copy for grammatical and other errors
Manage technical reviews, and produce documents within schedule, with minimal or no supervision
