Key Responsibilities
- Conduct geological and geotechnical field investigations.
- Perform geological mapping and site reconnaissance.
- Identify suitable land based on geological and project requirements.
- Analyze terrain, topography, drainage, and geological features using Google Earth.
- Prepare, edit, and manage KML/KMZ files for project locations and site boundaries.
- Carry out land identification, land marking, and map marking for proposed project sites.
- Verify land locations using satellite imagery and GIS tools.
- Coordinate with survey teams for field verification and boundary demarcation.
- Collect, log, and analyze rock, soil, and mineral samples.
- Interpret borehole and geotechnical investigation data.
- Prepare geological maps, cross-sections, and technical reports.
- Support land acquisition and project planning through geological assessments.
- Maintain GIS data, maps, coordinates, and project records.
- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, statutory, and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Applied Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
- Master's Degree is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
