Job Opportunity: Senior Architect (US Region Specialist)
Location: Delhi/NCR Experience: 8+ Years (US Projects Focus)
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architect / Senior Architect to lead our US-based project portfolio. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative design and technical execution, possessing deep expertise in US building standards, material assemblies, and high-level project coordination.
This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a collaborative, international environment and has a proven track record of delivering complex projects—ranging from cultural landmarks to high-density residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Project Leadership

Lead projects through the full lifecycle: from Schematic Design (SD) to Construction Documents (CD).

Develop comprehensive site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.

Oversee diverse typologies, including Multifamily Residential, Custom Villas, Schools, Hotels, Temples, and Mixed-Use Commercial spaces.

Mentor junior architects and interns, ensuring design integrity and professional growth within the team.
2. Technical Execution & Quality Assurance

Produce precise Construction Drawings and Shop Drawings adhering to US drafting standards.

Perform rigorous Hand Calculations and quality assurance reviews for all deliverables.

Conduct in-depth Shop Drawing reviews to ensure alignment with design intent and field conditions.
3. Compliance & Coordination

Implement strict adherence to the International Building Code (IBC) and the New York City Building Code or other similar state codes.

Navigate complex zoning requirements and code compliance for urban mixed-use projects.

Lead multi-disciplinary collaboration with MEP, Structural, and Landscape consultants to ensure seamless system integration.
Candidate Profile
Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.-
US Expertise: Extensive knowledge of US construction materials, assembly methods, and regional building practices (specific experience in the New York market is highly preferred).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for effective stakeholder management and international collaboration.

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with a significant portion dedicated to US-based architecture.
