We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Land Acquisition Executive to support the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land for business requirements. The role involves coordinating with landowners, handling documentation, conducting market research, and ensuring smooth closure of land deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential land parcels based on business requirements
- Conduct market and property research to evaluate feasibility
- Analyze location advantages, pricing trends, and legal aspects
- Coordinate with landowners, brokers, and local authorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Negotiate terms in alignment with company guidelines

- Maintain accurate records of land deals and documentation
- Prepare reports and track progress using Excel
- Update management on acquisition status and pipeline
Requirements :
- Any Graduate (Real Estate / Business / Related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in land/property acquisition or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of English & Hindi
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Understanding of land acquisition processes and documentation
- Experience in handling land/property dealings
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Ready to travel as per company requirements
Location: Kozhikode
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
