Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
- Follow company policies, procedures, and communication guidelines
Qualification
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge
