*Job Summary* :
Responsible for managing the overall operations of the CED coating plant, ensuring safe,
efficient, and cost-effective production while meeting quality and customer requirements.
*Responsibilities*
Manage daily production and achieve output targets.
Ensure smooth operation of pre-treatment, CED coating, curing ovens, and utilities.
Monitor CED bath parameters (pH, conductivity, solids, temperature, UF, DI water)
to maintain coating quality.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and EHS
regulations.
Lead maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and minimize
breakdowns.
Control paint, chemical, energy, and utility consumption to reduce operating costs.
Lead production, maintenance, and quality teams; develop manpower and improve
productivity.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement
initiatives.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth operations.
Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
*Qualification*
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or related engineering discipline.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
